Member Update

Natasha Lipkina and Emily Francona enjoyed some good fellowship during a weekend visit to Carmel, CA. Emily and Rick were married in Carmel in 1982 and visited Carmel during their 39th anniversary celebration last week. Natasha and her sculptor husband Edward are very hospitable hosts and time flew while updating each other over a gourmet brunch.

Natasha, a former travel guide in St. Petersburg during the Soviet era, shared a video she produced of the most significant historic and architectural sites around St. Petersburg. In the Rotary spirit of community service, she is active in several Monterey County non-profit organizations. Natasha and Edward have also participated in a hands-on project work week with the Navajo Solar Lights project.
